REFUND POLICY

No Returns on Food Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on spices, blends, or any food items once they have been shipped.

Refunds and Compensation

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective due to our handling or packaging, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.

To request a refund or replacement for damaged items:

  • Contact us at hello@spicetherapy.ca within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged product
  • We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days

What We Cover

  • Broken or leaking containers due to inadequate packaging
  • Products that arrive spoiled or contaminated
  • Incorrect items shipped

What We Don't Cover

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Damage caused by carrier mishandling (please file a claim with the shipping carrier) and we will assist at our end as well.
  • Products damaged after delivery

All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
