SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Need to modify your order? Contact us at hello@spicetherapy.ca as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.

- Standard Shipping: $12.00 CAD (3-9 business days)
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders $70
- Express Shipping: $20.00 CAD (1-3 business days)
United States

Standard International: Starting at $12.90 CAD (7-14 business days)
- 0-0.5 kg: $12.90 CAD
- 0.5-1.5 kg: $19.90 CAD
- 1.5 kg and up: $29.90 CAD
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders $70 CAD and up, and under 1.5kg
- Express International: $34.90 CAD (5-10 business days)
International Shipping
We ship to select countries including Australia, UK, France, Germany, Japan, and more. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight via Canada Post.
Packaging & Quality
All spices and food products are carefully packaged to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit. We use protective packaging materials and seal all containers to maintain product quality.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to customs regulations, some countries may restrict the import of food products including spices. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for packages held or rejected by customs.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees determined by your country - these are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct - we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@spicetherapy.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your package. If you have questions about your shipment or haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@spicetherapy.ca.
