Preparation Instructions
Add water to a pot and immediately add your powder while water is still cool stirring in properly to prevent lumps till it's a smooth paste. As it starts to cook, continue to stir and fold until smooth and thickened, while also darkening in color. Add small amounts of water as needed to allow it cook and reach your preferred texture. Cover briefly on low heat and stir again 2 more times. Allow to cool in the pot with the lid on for 3 mins, then  serve warm with soup or stew. Takes about 6 mins to prepare.

Egusi soup, vegetable soup, okra soup, ogbono soup, banga soup, seafood soup, oha soup, or any hearty orishirishi stew.
